Smile America

Grins and Glory Kite enthusiast Robert Reid braved a menacing sky to show his colors. Reid, who so far has collected around $300 worth of kites, has taken to stringing an American flag along with his "Keep The Smile" model.
As long as there's no rain, you'll find Reid with a smile on his face and a spool in hand as he launches his aircraft at Heritage Park in Suisun City.
